Sunripend and sundried figs bursting with flavour with the addition of walnuts which makes the preserve less sweet. Made to a very traditional Lebanese recipe, this preserve is thick and dense. In the past a spoonful of this rich fig and walnut combination would be served after a meal when a little of something sweet was called for. Pairs very well with many cheeses.
Ingredients: 75% dried figs, sugar, sesame seeds, aniseed,walnuts 12%, lemon juice.
